An independent company backed by a big global group

On 30 October 2012, the APC Group was acquired by the Tokyo-based global logistics company Nippon Express. This was a milestone for APC, whose history as an independent freight forwarder goes back to the late 1990s. The acquisition meant that we could continue to operate independently but now with a big global owner backing our growth ambitions.

APC’s trademark has always been a strong customer focus with a high degree of personal service from our experienced and knowledgeable employees.

APC’s company structure, which has minimal hierarchy and no bureaucracy, gives us the possibilities to be both flexible and quick in the decision-making process. At the same time, being a part of Nippon Express allows us to procure extremely competitive contracts from our subcontractors, such as airlines, shipping lines, truck companies, courier companies and so on.

APC has offices in eight markets: Hong Kong (headquarters), China (eight offices and part of the IFLN network), Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Sweden, Norway and Belgium. In other parts of the world, we work through a large network of agents.
